I could start anything. I have the time and the patience. What should I start doing? I certainly am not doing very much right now.

Pay attention to all of the good in life. "What you focus on expands." I first read this quote in a book by Wayne Dyer called "You'll See it When You Believe it." I HIGHLY recommend this book. It certainly started my life moving in the right direction. For more reading, I also recommend Alan Cohen (both books and website). Good luck.

Find something you love and put everything you've got into it. I found out i wanted to be a psychologist just a few years ago and ever since I started, my life has completely changed. I feel so much more motivated when I read books now. I want to know everything I can about psychology so that I can be the best at it. As for being healthy, getting a regular schedule to your day is the best way to start. Eat healthy but not to the point that it completely changes your lifestyle. "Even the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step".

Besides the obvious answers of don't smoke, eat healthy and exercise; the best thing you can do is to spend your time wisely. If you are going to spend hours on-line it should be researching opportunities or investments, not answers, unless you are going to get your answer and go.
A minute wasted is an opportunity lost. There is good healthy rest and relaxation but even in that you seize opportunity (rest on a beach where you might build condo's, relax at a restaurant where you are checking out the competition, climb a mountain where there might be gold,

The first think is to meditate upon what is for you "healthier", "wealthier" and "better". Then, meditate on what is "healthy", "wealthy", "good". Make an inventory of what is all those things and what is not. Then discipline yourself to adhere to whatever brings you to the list that applies to those things.
The next thing is to choose what you like to do and then do it completely and as best and elegantly as you can. With all your heart and might.
Next, I would greatly suggest that you always study. Keep informed, keep abreast of new things, in your field, and others. Read, enlarge your view about concepts and life.
Finally I would suggest Feng Shui which is for health and wealth.

as long u have a positive attitude in life and all the drive u can muster out,i believe u can succeed in life.
i feel that being wealthy may be a hard thing to do,as all evryone is fated to be rich or have eluck n capablility to maintain their wealth.a overall better to me means a life with no regrets and being v.contented with ur life.

When I asked my dad about what made him a success, he answered: I eat at 6am; I eat at noon; I eat at 5pm. He lived a regulated life & is still kicking at 86. :)
