Firstly refrasing ur question would help. Secondly intelligence is not a one sided thing, i know some guys who are much more smarter than me. I think perhaps intelligencs is to do with your level of maturity and with how your brain works in processing and recalling information. By acting sensible and mature not screaming around and being a reckless idiot, you would be suprise at how much you learn and can retain and recall that information. Perhaps that girls are generally more mature, wiser and probarbly more organize and discilpine that's why we girls are percieved(regarded and respected) as smarter than boys, also perhaps our experinces in life would mould and shape us and our intelligence...

This usually depends on the individual, not thier gender, but studies show that America has some of the worlds most non-intelligent women. In most other countries, women are usually smarter than the men. but intelligence definately isn't affected by gender, but by education level.
