I know this is a silly question, but almost all of my male friend's house I have been to are usually messy and have no real neat furniture or anything. However this guy house have neat furnitures, kitchen waress, his bathroom is spotless, and other things. Is this unusual in guy especially those that are in early 20's?

He's definitely not gay. He does have moneys but I don't think he is that rich. He seems to be very careful with his moneys though.

He is gay.
I have a male friend that had lots of girlfriends till he was 30. His house was always neat and tidy. I used to get jealous at how much better his place looked then mine. I always put it down to his mum, who was a neat freak and with 8 kids, she had taught them all to be as neat as her..... only thing was he 'came out' when he was 31. hahah..

Gay, most likely to become gay, anal retentive, compulsive, obsessive due to upbringing or other. If not a gay guy ;) I'd say someone who lacked nuturing or hates women, lol, who knows? lol May not be a very intimate person, afraid of failure...lots of reasons to be overly neat...but there's a glitch there somewhere. May be able to overcome it maybe not. Need to be a willow and be messy sometimes. lol

People who assume homosexuality are actually making a sexist argument here. That's unacceptable. This guy likes his stuff in order, it's possible he doesn't have much else to manage with his time. Maybe he's independently wealthy.

maybe he's OCD? (aka obsessive compulsive) about being clean? is it really a bad thing? maybe he just doesn't like stuff to be messy. it doesn't make him gay because he has a nice looking house.

some guys do have a feminine side...but in this case he can be either gay and he doesn't even know it, or his very well brought up and disciplined.

Well, my guess is... either he's gay, which is very unlikely if he has a girlfriend... or his mother helped decorate his house.
