it was created by steven spielberg to record eyewitnesses accounts after making schindler's list. It has over 40,000 records. It is also used for educational purposes. If you rent schindler's list, they have a documentary about the shoah foundation

The Holocaust museum in Washington, D.C. has what is probably the best list of survivors, although there is no way you can get a list of locations! They don't want people tracking them down.

Anyone with with any possible memory, who were involved THEMSELVES, would be over the age of 70. Leave them alone.
