I just bought a new laptop and i want to transfer my songs from the PC (in Itunes) to the laptop. and i tried putting them on CD but it would take hundreds of CD's to do that...so help me.....

do u have a "Memory Stick"? or a USB Device? u can put it on that and move all the files all at once...or take the songs from the ipod itself...if u need help w/ this just contact me...!

1). If you have an ipod you can use it transfer your library.

2). If you have a network connect both system to network select the iTunes folder and set property to Share. You should then be able to see this from your laptop.

3) No network you can go to a computer store and ask for a crossover cable. All crossover cables are special network cables and they will always be red. Connect it to your network port on the laptop and on the desktop system. Share the iTunes folder as in step 2.

4) Got a DVD burner, copy them to a DVD.

Get an ethernet patch cable and plug them together using your ethernet ports. Share the folder and find it with your laptop through My Network Places, Then just copy 'em over.

Or use your wireless conection to share the music folder and copy 'em over via My Network Places.
