If you're only doing one, pick the opposite of your dominant hand...i.e. if you're right handed, do your left. If you're left handed, do your right.
I did mine one at a time...started with my left. I'm right handed. I really didn't make any particular note of why other than that's just what felt right. After many years, I decided to do the other for symmetry. What I discovered is that being on the same side as my dominant hand, regular activities such as picking things up, moving things around, and such would cause that arm to bump and agitate it more than the other side.
When it's healing it's very tender...you notice every little bump and snag. Save yourself some aggravation and get the one that's going to be least subect to this (otherwise negligible) abuse. After it's healed, it's not a factor...but for those first sensitive months, it can be a big deal.
There's no sexual connotation associated with either side if that may be in question.

Doesn't matter which one, but do keep in the mind the following:
- You're going to have to clean it regularly with warm water and a mild soap to prevent infection.
- Even after it's "healed" from the intial piercing, it will still get crusties. Not very hot.
- If the piercer pierces it incorrectly, you could have problems later on.

Yeah id have to say a pierced nipple looks totally hot on a guy but on a girl it looks skanky... I really don't think it matters too much which you get done... Look at which nipple looks hotter then get the other one done so that you look hotter...

ever I don't believe that metal should be shoved through perfectly good skin but if you insist on doing this I would recommend that you pierce your third nipple and get some sort of large nipple jewelry to disguise your freakishness when you have to go on shirtless job interviews.

it does not matter which one but it matters if it's only one ...I would advise you to do both as it looks much better ...I worked in a piercing place and I know what I am talking about
