99% of the time no, people pay the same entering a movie theater and get served in order of arrival at a restaurant.
The only time I think people can have a sense of privilege is on the rare occasion on something like a promotion/interview, when race may be an advantage.
Lets just say one white man and one black man (equal in experience and qualifications) go for a promotion, yet the workforce is predominately 85% black and all managers are black too, I think the black man may feel the sense of privilege that the job is his. Well, you may say from this that most white people must feel like that all the time when going up against another minority, as most people in the US are white, but white people are just the norm and the sense of privilege goes away.
Hispanics must feel a sense of privilege over another race sometimes when applying for a position working over other Hispanics when say many of them don't speak English fluently or if at all, knowing that they can speak their language and be able to bond closer to the employees because they know their culture.
Like I said no, unless it's in a circumstance where one's culture and race can be more beneficial over another.

It all depend on whom that Race is, some individuals think because of their Race they are entitled to more or less in Privileges, I do believe that some people have more opportunities than others, but not necessarily because of the Race, unless you are talking about economics and environment, then that's completely different.

For some it may but for me personally it doesn't.

I read the other answers and am wondering if some people are mistaking pride for privilege. There is nothing wrong with being proud of who you are. I think others are more likely to perceive you as privileged then you are to feel that way. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

Yes, because I have pride in what other people think of me... if that makes any sense. I am proud that some people think that my race is good at math.
