It's a matter of supply and demand. If you stay sober, don't smoke, eat healthy, exercise, and refrain from having sex, then booze, cigarettes, and junk food would be cheap. And exercise equipment would be expensive, so I would have a good excuse for lying around on my fat butt all day. And if lots of men refrain from having sex, guess who's going to enjoy more of it because lots of women would be sex starved. So please do be a goody goody person, so that I can have more fun.
Oops, maybe I shouldn't be telling anyone my strategy.
Oh oh, now I notice that it looks like you are female. Maybe it's not such a good idea for you to be a goody goody.

1. As opposed to what, getting drunk? high? There's something to be said for staying clear-headed.
2. My dad died of congestive heart failure, because he had only one lung, which filled with so much fluid, the heart couldn't pump it out. He had only one lung because the other was removed due to cancer from smoking. My mom is still alive, but has had colon surgery, quad bypass, nasal repair, needs a walker or wheelchair to get around, can't walk across the room without gasping for air, and requires oxygen at night. She was a smoker until her bowels quit working and her stomach bloated up til she looked 10 months pregnant. In other words, she couldn't poop, and they had to insert a catheter to get the waste out of her system before she poisoned herself. The doctor described it as a kind of heart attack of the intestines, and it was due to hardening of the arteries as a result of smoking.
The fact that she had the bypass gave her heart a new lease. It's beating healthily for a body that can no longer participate in daily activities. Still think smoking is worth it? Spend a day with a cancer patient.
3. Eating healthy.. well, do what you want, but remember that for every action, there is a consequence.
4. Exercise... see above
5. Multiple partners, random sex... do you consider sex to be some sort of currency? You're cheating yourself of a meaningful expression of intimacy by giving it away to anyone who wants it.
We make our own enjoyment, and we don't have to be drunk or smoking or sleeping around to be happy. The reality is that we don't know how long we have in this life, but that doesn't mean we should be reckless.

I cross the street but I look both ways for traffic before I cross.... enjoy life... live life... but avoid doing the things that will surely speed up the process.... besides eating healthy and exercising will make you feel and look better which leads to more opportunities for random sex.... a little alcohol sometimes contributes to the sex thing too.... but smoking is just nasty ...unhealthy... stanky... and unintelligent.

Not feeling like a piece of crap from age 40 on. Not dying an extremely painful death from lung cancer, liver cirrohsis, etc. Not having crabs or other lovely growths in my pubic region. Not being a turgid glob of fat who can't climb a flight of stairs. As odd as it may seem, there are a million fun things to do that aren't bad for you. Drinking, smoking, and sex are just three that -are- bad for you.

All good habits give a healthy life till whatever it is. Bad habits lead to various physiological complications, and suffering, medical expense, pain of treatment and prolonged confinement to bed,if life would not come to end sooner. That is all the
