There was an R&B song in the 60's that had the phrase "white cliffs of dover" in the chorus. It's driving me crazy because I can't recall the title!

MANY RIVERS TO CROSS
(Jimmy Cliff)

There's so many rivers to cross
and I can't seem to find my way home.
Wandering, I'm lost
as I travel as I travel along, the White Cliffs of Dover

Rest of song on link below

Was it Blur
Blur Clover Over Dover lyrics

I'm on the white cliffs of dover
Thinking it over and over
But if I jump its all over
A cautionary tale for you

I'd like to roll in the clover
With you over and over
On the white cliffs of dover
And then i'd let you push me over

(chorus)
And if that is the fact then in actual fact it's not where it's at and it's over
And if that is the fact then in actual fact it's not where it's at and it's over
Yes it is

And now the bluebirds are over
Over the white cliffs of dover
So when you push me over
Don't bury me i'm not worth anything

(chorus)

AS I assume you dont mean the Vera Lynn war time song..

Now you' re driving me crazy. Is it the same song that was played at the end of the 1989 film "Lost Angels" starring Donald Sutherland and Adam Horowitz?I can remember bits of the song ,and the reference to the white cliffs of Dover, and it was a woman who sang it(for the movie anyway) I think it may have been Phoebe Snow.Anyway,I'm racking my brains trying to remember.Anyone?I think it's called " Many Rivers to Cross" and I see that someone else has given that answer ,too.
