im the father of my 15 year old daughter,a us citizen by birth based now in las vegas nevada,my wife divorced me 3years ago..

No. A minor can't do that. You have to wait a few years.

Parents of US citizen babies can and are deported, and the parents have the choice of leaving the baby behind, or having the US Government buy the baby a ticket so s/he can accompany them abroad. The whole issue of "anchor babies" (a perjorative term) is a political one now, with many of the Republican Right regretting the 14th Amendment grant of citizenship by place-of-birth rule.

Death or divorce of an American-citizen parent can also cause grief, with the noncitizen parent excluded from the country.

Your daughter needs to be at least 18 to sponsor you. The only way to come to the US now is if you've legally married someone that has a US citizenship.
