i had my period jun25th for 5 days which is normal and i missed my period the entire month of july and then i had my period on aug.6, but for only 3 days. me and my hubby have been trying to conceive and we started having unprotected sex every other day since August 15. i think i may be almost 11 days late. Sept. 7 i went to the doctor to do a pregnancy test and it was negative. i feel tired during the day but not enough to fall asleep, my boobs are slightly sensative mostly the nipples. i had period like cramping for only two days about 6 days ago, and i still dont feel like my period is coming. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it came out negative. If i am pregnant i might be about 5 weeks. anyone with the same stituation? what do you think?

I honestly hope you are not in the same situation as I am, but I will tell you what my husband and I went through. My periods were hit and miss. Irregular cycle lengths, sometimes I'd skip a month, etc. My husband and I were trying to get pregnant and it was such a nightmare. Eventually my periods became more regular, in that I didn't miss a month anymore, but sometimes my 34 day average cycle turned into a 45 day cycle. It was at those times I could have SWORN I was pregnant. I was tired and irritable, by boobs were sore and tender, and even would sometimes get nauseous. But my pregnancy tests all came out negative and I would get so depressed, and my period would eventually come. I eventually found out that a had (and still have) a cyst on my left ovary. It keeps me from ovulating out of that side, and therefore produced irregular cycles. I would show all the symptoms of being pregnant until my body finally realized I wasn't and then my period would start. It's a fairly normal cyst and not one that they're concerned about, but they have to monitor it every 6-8 weeks to make sure it's still okay. If you're pregnancy test was negative this morning, then I'd say the chances of you being pregnant are really slim. All the symptoms you described sound EXACTLY like what I went through. I say "went" because it is still possible to get pregnant with a cyst, as I am now in my 5th month. I started using ovulation predictor strips every month to find out when and if I was really ovulating. If it was never positive, I knew I didn't ovulate that month and then I didn't get my hopes up when my period was late. When I finally did get a positive ovulation test, that was the one that turned into this pregnancy. Don't give up, it just takes some patience! It took me 9 months, so don't get discouraged.
