My friend you sure did pick the right area in the Philippines to find dominate filipinas. In my view and what I do see here on TV {never lived in Cebu - just visited] Pampanga is number 1 and Cebu is number 2.
I was united to one for 46 years cause there is no divorce here - sorr about that! I now have a number 2 from Bicol and she is great. I been with her for 17 years.
I am an American living in the Philippines and have for the past 34 years. Did live in iami, Fla for 11 years and had business in Maimi and Coral Gables., Came here to live permanently in 1975.
Read your profile and posted questions. Seems you have a story all right. So my direct answer is many in pampanga - just go there for a visit and you will find them. For a wild place try Angeles City, but be sure you find true Pampanganuens for a lot of outsides from other places. I know because I lived ther for over 20 15 years and there of and on for many visits.
