i want to make my very minimal cleavage look a but-load bigger than it really is, and i dont know how to do that..so help!

You've posted a couple of questions about this. I LIKE MINIMAL CLEAVAGE! Please don't muss with it. Trust me...in just a few short years you will see the "cleavage girls" drooping sadly. If the guy you are after just wants that, he's not worth it!

I don't know - speaking as a guy, I find women look silly when they try and simulate cleavage where it shouldn't exist. The only real way to do this would be chest enhancements [implants]. Otherwise, it's probably not worth trying. (Most guys can tell the difference between genuine cleavage and mock cleavage.)
Rather than try and simulate cleavage, I would just focus on playing up your best physical features.

Use duct tape, Baby. Push those puppies up and together and tape 'em there.
Put socks inside the bottom or your bra to push them up and fill out the bottom half.
