It's called being prejudice(?). You may not like the person's actions or reactions, but to dislike the person without understanding why he or she is behaving that way or their mental state at that time is being premature.

I do not dislike people , I do dislike the actions of some people .
We are all falable and only human . Some are more offencive in their actions than others , but most of us just do the best we can with what we have to work with .
