now we see while jet planes or rocket goes on sky... we see the white lines behind it. why it appears what was the reason for that

why it is in the form of white lines ? in car and bus we see the vapour is in the black colour but why it is in the white

The white lines you see is caused by the hot engine exhaust hitting the colder air. For each 1000 foot in altitude the air temperature drops 3.5 degrees.

The white lines are the fumes coming out of the exhaust of the jet planes.

However, since the jets and other high flying aircrafts fly at a very high altitude, the atmosphere and the wind speeds are minimal at that height. Also because of freesing temperatures the fumes condense or even form ice. Because of lack of wind to disperse the same, it remains visible for a longer duration.

On land, the same jet engine running at the same speed would not emit such visible fumes.

Dat white tail is called Contrails.
Contrails are condensation trails (sometimes vapour trails): artificial cirrus clouds made by the exhaust of aircraft engines or wingtip vortices which precipitate a stream of tiny ice crystals in moist, frigid upper air. Contrary to appearances, they are not pollution as such.
Contrails are created in one of two ways:

1. First, the airplane's exhaust increases the amount of moisture in the air, which can push the water content of the air past saturation point. This causes condensation to occur, and the contrail to form.

2. The wings of an airplane cause a drop in air pressure in the vicinity of the wing (this is partly what allows a plane to fly). This drop in air pressure brings with it a drop in temperature, which can cause water to condense out of the air and form a contrail but only at higher altitudes.

Enormous amount of fuel is burnt to give a thrust
to the rocket enough to enable to escape the gravity of the earth and the exhaust of the burnt fuel comes our as white smoke and in line with the motion of the rocket and it spreads out in the atmosher slowl .It is known as contrail It is just the smoke of teh burnt rocket fuel and nothing else. The quantum of the emission and the force of emission of the smoke is very great and many times more then the exhaust of the car engines

They are called contrails; they are formed by condensation as the hot jet exhaust mixes with the air.

Water vapor in the exhaust condensing

it is because of the exhaust. It flies at such levels in the atmosphere where there isnt great movement in the air, the wind is calm, so it lets the exhaust stay as it is
