I have stolen atleast 100 times and wacthed others steal

The short answer is that they don't hire enough people to watch all of the many cameras in that huge superstore, all the time.
It also doesn't help that you have 100-year-olds manning the doors.
Also, management constantly telling the employees to keep a watch out for shoplifters, and then never allowing them any time to stop and look around.
When you work at those big stores you always have got to be moving and working at top speed all the time. You get into trouble if you stop working. No time to stop and look around for shoplifters.
And then when the thefts are discovered, the floor employees and Dept. Managers catch hell for not watching our departments more closely. So it's a lose-lose situation for the employees that work there.
So when your stealing the next time, and thinking that your not hurting anyone, remember that your hurting the small guy. The under-paid, under-appreciated, hard working employees in the store, that have no control over managements unwillingness to hire more security for its stores.

If a thief is going to steal, the cameras are not going to stop them, they just slow you down. You just might be one of the lucky ones that are caught on camera, then you might just be embarrassed when you walk out of the store with handcuffs on.
Yes, there are security cameras in hospitals, department stores, restaurants, other business facilities but I do not recommend anyone going into these establishments and try to steal. It is just like putting a lock on your door, it is only for honest people.
Stealing is nothing to brag about. I am a security consultant, and I do not recommend anyone doing it.
Let me add another comment before you steal. Imagine walking down the street or into an establishment and your friends or co-workers see you, and they start pointing at you and saying that person got caught stealing. How would you feel?

I don't know but I've stolen from there plenty o' times. Especially thru the new self check outs. It's a breeze.

you are getting cocky and that is when you get caught.Stop stealing it only raises the prices for the rest of us honest people.
