When reaching the end of the shaft, it pains my girlfriend. What can I do about it?

Slow down, try lube, also try doing foreplay alittle longer so she's wetter.

You are probably thrusting too deeply. If this is the case, it can be very painful. Try not to force the entire shaft, as to avoid injury, or you can change position. Having her on top astride you gives her more control of the thrust and how deeply she can tolerate. If you are large, perhaps she should go to see her gynecologist, and explain the problem. There is an inflatable rubber ring that can be worn on your penis, closest to your body that will prevent you from thrusting too deeply and causing pain. If you are of average size like 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 inches when erect, and she is still complaining of pain, perhaps she has a bladder infection, or infection in her uterus and should be seen by a doctor.
