That is the Black Mamba. It rears up as high as it can balanced on the rear third of it's body and can sometimes look a standing adult in the eye, depending on the size of the snake. In the reared up position it will advance rapidly and strike.

First off, Daryl Hannah Rules! She's a Great Actress. And as for the Snake, it's the black Mamba,Very Muscular snake and Fast! Ps. I think this is also the Snake that can travel as fast as a Jeep!

Black Mamba would probably be the one that you're looking for. It rears up much like a cobra, and is unusually aggressive for a snake and extremely toxic.
