Well, it's an odd inside joke and then I became curious as to what would really happen. But you say other bad things could occur. Like what?

when it got around to your heart, it would pump it thru and give birth to little microbabies. that's how they get the tissue for stem-cell research by the way....

Well first you have to look at the charateristics of sperm and the blood in the veins. The sperm would try to enter red blood cells as it would an egg. The blood would send white blood cells and antibodies to destroy the sperm, because it is a foreign material that is destroying other blood cells. In the end it would be like getting an infection. It could do more harm though.
