Hi
Yes, you are overweight for your height.
If you would like to lose weight, eat low calorie fresh foods and drink cold water before and after each meal. You need to cut down on sugary foods and avoid processed food and foods high in fat and sodium. Try to eat smaller portions and walk at least 20- 30 minutes 3 - 4 times per day.
Drink plenty of cold water during the day to help with cravings and try eating a few raw almonds as a snack.
Good Luck and wish you well.

Yes, that is considered "obese" and would put your body mass index at 33.5 according to The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. And we all know that obesity can lead to very many complications such as: heart disease, strokes, Type 2 diabetes, back pain, knee pain, and so much more.

BMI = 33.5, anything over 30 is defined as "obese".
Keep in mind, this is by USA standards, and we're a fat lot to start with.

Yes it would look really fat. You can check your Body Mass Index(BMI) on Yahoo Health to see if yourweight falls into the obese range.

I would say, that is a lot of weight for your 5'3 frame.
Check out your BIM on Google.
This will give you idea what the normal range is.

I don't think it makes you look gross, but you should probably lose weight to be healthier.
