im a hiphop and jazz dancer..but i was wondering if there was any dance classes in oakland california..where i can take classes to dance like shakira..lol....well hey..she go!!

study her videos and read up on the characteristics of bellydancing. that's what i do.
and make some arab friends. they're good teachers.
and remember... it's all in the knees!

Maybe take some latin dance classes then?! There is a beginning Cuban Salsa dance class starting on Oct 6th at the Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts in Oakland.
