look on a stick of butter. I believe there are 8 tablespoons in 1/2 of a cup. Therefore there are 16 teaspoons (tsp) in a 1/2 cup, 32 tsp in 1 cup. 8 oz. in a cup so 32 divided by 8 is 4.
Answer: 4 teaspoons in one ounce. (if the butter thing holds true). I'm pretty sure it does but would have to see an actual wrapped, labled stick of butter.
