I think 15 is quite a lot for 1 flower arrangement, but here it goes:
Don't put too much different colors together, choose 1 of 2 basic colors and stick by it...
f.i.: pink/purple with white/yellow accents:
(I use Latin names, because I don't know all English names, but when you go to a flowershop, they will know these names, or they should know them)
Aquilegia flabellata (purple)
Camassia (white-yellow)
Centaurea (purple)
Consolida (purple or white)
Crinium 'Ellen Bosanquet' (dark pink)
Dahlia 'Aurwen's Violet' (dark pink)
Delphinium 'Michael Ayres' (dark purple)
Echinacea purpurea (pink)
Echinops (light purple)
Eryngium (light purple)
Gladiolus 'Green Woodpecker' (greenish)
Gypsophila (white-pink)
Iris (purple)
Lathyrus (purple or pink)
Liatris (pink/purple)
Lilium 'Ascari' (pink with yellow heart)
Monarda didyma 'Violet Queen' (purple)
Rosa (lightyellow or pink or purple)
Veronica 'Pink Damast' (softpink)
Don't forget to put some greens in it too: leaves or grasses
You can always make it easier for yourself and go to a flowershop to buy yourself an arrangement...
