My children and I would like to make jewellery. Our aim is to host jewellery parties, set up market stalls etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Brian, I posted this question through the Oz site. I noticed on the left hand side of the screen about half way down I have the option to view all english questions or all Australian questions. I followed the link you generously gave me and my question was on the screen. I am new to this :)

Brian, this question was originally posted on the Australian site. That's how I got to it. You might need to change your settings to questions from the USA only. Little drop menu on the side.

Anyway, you should be able to buy beads, findings etc cheaply on eBay. They usually come from China or somewhere but they're generally decent enough quality.

www.firemountaingems.com has the best selection of sterling silver beads and findings as well as a great selection of beads like swarovski crystal and semi-precious gemstones as well as glass, bone, wood, etc. They ship internationally and have BIG catalogs which you will start receiving after your first order and that alone is worth the price of you first order.

This is the American site. Your question would best be directed to the Australian site, wouldn't you think? Let me get that for you...
