Neither would win. They would initially fight each other due to some convoluted misunderstanding, then team up to defeat the true enemy.

I think that after an inconclusive first series of fights, they would both realize that they had been tricked into fighting each other by the real bad guys, then they would team up to go after the real bad guys,and I wouldn't want to be in their shoes when both the Justice League and the Avengers caught up with them...!
