if your going to lose weight, do it for you, not for others, and i believe your bf when he says he loves you no matter what because he is still with you now.

100-115 lbs is the best (depending on how tall you are)

It would definetily make difference in a lot of ways. No matter how much he loves you it would make a differrence in a good way,it is physical.

be careful. If you lose weight he will be jealous. He feels that he got what he was equal to, and if you improve, he will no longer feel equal.
