It has nothing to do with your GPA, if you're still studying. Foreign students are usually only allowed to work part-time or 10 to 20 hours a week maximum (depends on the law).
But if you're trying to find a job after you finish your study... well... it has everything to do with the employment market. The employment market is very competitive.

jobs are simply hard to find. my cousin has been searching for a job for like 2 years but still cant find one. so all i got to say is good luck to you

the majority of jobs dont really care bout GPA at all. U must not jus have what they are looking for

I think, in general, you're not allowed to work if you have a student visa. To get a student visa, you're supposed to show you can afford the tuition on your own.
