The EU, as well as Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the Gulf states have contributed toward the rebuilding of Lebanon. The US said they're going to help out. But they set conditions, like the disarmament of Hizbollah, for them to to chip in.

Terrorist and their billions of oil dollars are helping to rebuild Lebanon. Those same dollars are also responsible for the destruction of Lebanon. Looks like a good trade off too for the people living there. Add to that the fact you hardly have time to repaint or recarpet before having a new structure built on your property. I'll bet the house building, furniture and appliance businesses are doing splendid.

Good luck with disarming those bombs, and I hope they don't end up in Hissbollas arsenal or worse as IED's.
