Shakira is my faaaaaaaaaaavorite because she is smart, beautiful, incredibly talented, and a humanitarian! I love her lyrics; she's been writing her own songs since she was 8 years old (yes, she's done more in her career besides Hips Don't Lie). And you've gotta love those moves!

Dude, this is really a tough question but a great one. I'm going to have to go with Maynard Ferguson simple because I'm a legit trumpet player who always had so much admiration for the jazz horn players and their "chops." Yea, there're some great ones including Winton, but Maynard was before the rest and well into his seventies now, he's still the best!

Neil Young is my favorite musician. He writes his own music, plays acoustic and electric guitar and harmonica and sings... His songs tend to have a great deal of thought and reflection in the lyrics, his rhythm guitar and song structure are quite good, and his lead guitar technique has some seriously beautiful moments...
