No, I don't. I believe that an Almighty God created us in His image. Furthermore, I think it takes more faith to believe that we evolved, than to believe God created us.

Yes I do believe in the process of evolution.
If you can take 10 types of dogs and start mix breading them in the end you have something else. I had some Islam nut try to tell me that breading dogs has nothing to do with evolution. But still yet it started out being one type of a dog and was bread into a super bread now known as a rot or a pitbull, The Germans even bread two breads for war and I think we all know which those were.
So yes the strongest male always got the prettest female and the male of the off spring would rule and would get the prettest girl and pretty might have meant the less body hair.. So yes your statment is correct.

Of course we did. How else would you explain professional wrestling? Or the fact that 98% of a chimpanzee's DNA is identical to ours? How about the humanoid fossils like Homo Habilis or Homo Erectus? How about the fact that people still insist on believing in archaic and irrelevant attempts to explain human existence when science has proven beyond any doubt that humans can trace their DNA back 8 million years. The fact that we come from such a long, long line of creatures now extinct is more incredible and awe-inspiring than any religion could ever be. Think about that.

Darwin would also go on to say in later writings that he didnt really believe is th is 'theory' himself. Evolution presupposes that we came from something which would start with a Big Bang. If this logic were true then i could blow up a jar of skippy peanut butter and a living organism would appear. All to unrealistic. We arent alone. the guy earlier is right. We were created by God. P.S. Darwin was a drug user

Actually I do believe in Darwin's theory, that thing about chimps DNA and our DNA being 98% identical is also true, but I also believe in God, let's go back to the very beginning of the big bang hypothesis- who created that big mass of gas??and where did the stars and othere heavenly bodiies come from??? there is no end to the discussion of how it began, Milky way is just one of the many billion galaxies, who made them? you cannot ignore Darwin's theory, we can see it today also, in the form of DDT resistant mosquitoes, but you cannot say there is no God either. We'll have to be much more spiritually evolved to know the answer.

Yes I am a firm believer in evolution. There is scientific evidence to back up the theory. I am a concrete thinker and need proof of everything. Now before you religious people start slamming me for my believes, just know I respect your believes so please respect mine and don't start preaching and praying. I spent my entire childhood and teen years heavily involved in religion and I am thankful for the morals that the STORIES in the bible taught me,but never did religion answer my burning desire to know about the origins of the human race, the earth, and the solar system. Only science could back things up with facts and proof for me.

Yes I do. I've read as much as I can about this topic and I accept the body of scientific evidence on this issue.
Accepting in the scientific theory of evolution does not mean one rejects God or God's hand in creation.

I do, how does religion explain the Neanderthal. He looks similar to us albeit a little beefier and a thicker skull, no one can dispute his existence, what did God create them for? No mention in any book of religion I've ever heard of. Or even dinosaurs for that matter, have a look at the Archeopteryx http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archeopteryx . As for Intelligent Design just look at the Platypus!

"Yes Mefis, evolution and natural selection played a big part in who and what we are; however, the possiblilty of being "seeded" at a particular place and time also exists. It remains difficult to exclude the possibility, altogether, that we originated as constructs of some celestial being."

Evolution is a fact, and we've known it for well over 100 years. All living organisms, including us, are related to each other by common descent.

I think it's common sense. It's happened with all other creatures and humans are in the animal kingdom scientifically. People can think what they want to appease their egos. I know what I believe.
