Munus - Tools > Internet options > content > Auto complete and turn all off.

In the drop down menu of Yahoo search, you will find "Options". In this field you will be able to deselect autocomplete option and delete search history option.

Sometimes, this field called "Options"is not visible. I don't know the reason but keep trying. Sooner or later you will see it.
