My bf loves to play his Xbox. He doesn't have the XBox 360, he has the first one. Anyway, I am looking to buy him a new controller as a gift and he said he would like one with a turbo button. I looked on line and found an "Intec Wireless Live Controller". I haven't bought anything yet and I would like to know if anyone can help me with suggestions? Is the controller I mentioned a good one or should I look for something else? I am clueless when it comes to electronics. Help plz

I wouldn't buy him a regular one if he wants a turbo controller. But, like the guy above me said, most turbo controllers are cheaply made and will probably last less than one year. It's up to you.

I never got the point of turbo buttons. If the point of a mini-game or whatever is to tap a button really fast, doesn't having a turbo button kinda' defeat the purpose? That would be like me playing baseball with a bat that swings itself...

Also, there's a reason the first party (Microsoft made) accessories are more expensive. They're quality pieces of equipment, and if used properly, will last the entire life of the console.

(Why not just give him some nookie for his B-Day?) :P
