It comes out on DVD on December 5th. They are releasing a Single disc and the Special Addition 2-disc set. Then in 2007 they are coming out with a blue ray version of the movie!! I can't wait til it comes out!!

The first one took about 6 months from the original theatrical release. DVD release dates usually are not announced until about a month in advance.
So, I guessing December. Just in time for Christmas.
