Yes, one testicle is enough to produce sperm & impregnate a woman. If you're at all worried, you can always ask your doctor to do a sperm count on you.
I have a dear friend who only has one testicle & he has fathered two children w/o any difficulty.

Yes, you can help create a child. Both aren't needed. If your right testicle is healthy and produces enough sperm, then you can, indeed, impregnate a female.

Yes it is totally possible for you to produce enough sperm to get a woman pregnant. It only takes one sperm to get the job done. You have nothing to worry about. If it would make you feel better, you can have your doctor do a sperm count on you.

Why would you get rid of one? But yes you should be ok. My ex-fiance had the same problem. When he was born, one of his had not descended before they usually do before birth. So it was absorbed by his body. He had tests done as a teen and they told him that he would be just fine. Only one of those little buggers gets to do the trick anyway.

It's been a long time since I was in health class. But as long as you have plenty of verial sperm and a good sperm count. You shouldn't have any problems.
