I'm not sure what your question is. A gay man might feel threatened by female sexuality, as in competition and all that. A straight man usually likes female sexuality. If you mean to ask if a man is threatened by aggressive female sexuality or a female acting in a dominant fashion, then, more than likely, yes.
There are men who prefer aggressive females because usually it's up to the men to make that first move and risk rejection. But if the female plays that role, the male might be receptive and not threatened.
Everyone has different likes and different ideas of aggression and dominance. What is overbearing to one person may be perfect for the next. Its all a matter of finding the right balance with your intended mate.

Several men that I've known were threatened by it.I suppose it challenges their expectation being in control and calling the shots. It always seemed to me,that they say they want a sexually powerful and self accepting woman, untill they actually get her. Then they want to change her and expect her to be different,or fear she'll cheat and leave them.I don't think all guys are this way,but some I've met were. And it's sad,not everyone is the same as far as drives go,but we're all somehow expected to fit this image or feel left out or weird.I wonder if women are also to some degree threatened by their own?Afraid of how their man will see them, afraid of going too far?I think it's alittle of both.

If by threatened you mean "intimidated" then: no. Although, no man can deny they are attracted to aestheticism, personally beauty isn't the only factor. You could be the most attractive girl in the world; however, it would have no affect on me what so ever unless you had a charming personality to match. Also, just because i'm dating a femal does not mean "I own", which can be the stereotypical view of a male. I am aware that she is an individual and i'm aware that she doesn't need me to complete her.

uh? I think some guys get turned on. The sexual revolution was a good thing for guys.
1) Sex without commitment.
2) More one night stands
3) Girls wearing revealing clothing.
4) Girls that are bi
etc, etc, etc.
I think it is okay that girls go to clubs and shop for guys (or girls) as much as guys shop for girls. Before I was marries I had women by me a drink and take me home. Spank me!
Female sexuality just means that there are better B2B relationships. Hey everyone is open for business.
Hey this is making me want to go to the bar.
Sorry this is only a Straight Man's perspective.

I'm not threatened by it but at the same time I have come to recognize how much of a power women have with their sexuality, something us men will never understand.

It is not the woman's sexuality that threatens us, the threat comes from how we perceive that it might be used or how OTHERS will react to it.
