Sort of depends on how much they eat all at the one go.
It's not the recommended practice, but if they are thriving and growing well I don't know if there is anything specifically wrong with it that you would call anorexia or bulimia.
My guess would be that the person in question would probably be losing weight. This is an eating pattern I have seen in anorexia nervosa, but the diagnosis doesn't rest on the eating pattern alone. Eating disorders are a lot more complex than that.
If you read the wiki pages I have listed below, you will see that it is a lot more complicated than CJ makes it out to be. Vomiting is not by itself bulimia and food avoidance is not by itself anorexia.
The issue is in the pattern of health, physical and mental. If you think that this person is unhealthy, you should encourage them to visit a doctor.

that person is not eating enough and likely isnt eating right, you need breakfast and should eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, instead of one large one, if the person expends more energy than they take in they will lose weight, however bulimia means you binge and then throw up, and anorexia means you see a fat person in the mirror even if you are thin, so it may not be either of those, but its surely a form of self starvation. If you dont want to lose weight you need to eat more than you are and more than once a day or your body just will not run well.

That is a combination of both bullemia and anorexia. Bullemia is where the person throws up after eating and Anorexia Nervosa (anorexia for short) is where a person doesn't eat at all for periods of time to lose weight. They both cause a person to lose weight, but they are both very unhealthy and often times lead to death. When the body isn't getting the nutrients it needs it turns to the fat stores, then the muscles for fuel and after there is nothing left, if not treated, the person could die. Please, do not try either of these and if you have a friend who you suspect is either one of these, get them some help.

This is a serious problem. If you are not purposley making yourself sick, you could have some serious GI (gastrointestinal) issues going on. You need to see your doctor immediately. If this has been going on for more than 3 days, you are in serious risk of dehydration and other health problems. Good luck.

Please visit your doctor. Your total loss of appetite certainly seems abnormal though the weight loss is probably related to lack of food. There could be a million reasons for loss of appetite, so rush to your PCP. Don't mean to alarm you.
