She just found out she's pregnant and I can't stand to see her suffer. Would a cold towel work, etc.

I heard cabbage leaves(green-so your clothes don't get stained up) should be used for after you give birth. The leaves dry up your milk supply. Anyway, what worked for me is a push up bra cause it puts less pressure on the nipples. Overly tight bras made my breasts hurt even more. Your wife can also take tylenol and use a frozen bag of peas. The peas conform to the breast. Don't use the peas to eat after that cause your taking them in and out of the freezer.

Heating pad, tylenol, and it may sound wierd but go get her some cabbage and let her put the leaves on her breasts. It really does work!

i can't remeber the diredct source of that info, but i've heard it more than once. i know my ob said it, and perhaps a magazine or 2.
hope she feels better

btw--you rock for being such a caring attentive husband....do you give out lessons?? lol.
ps--back and feet massages are a pregnant lady's best friend!
oh, tell her to wear a snug fitting bra too, even when she sleeps, i can't begin to tell you the difference it made for me.

I do not think that there is anything that your wife can do because her body is going through changes and it will get better...
