No I do not. I realize it is the best in the world, but I don't have much faith in it. I have seen it in action, unfortunately, and it is nothing more than a game to these DAs and defense attorneys. Its not about truth but about who can out maneuver who and who owes who a favor. It is really scary to think you might find yourself at their mercy.

Unfortunately no..,pedaphiles are given less than a year in jail quite often yet someone gets caught with a few joints and its 5-10 in prison.Atheists and ACLU are continually allowed to take cases to court concerning the 10 commandments on govt buildings which have been landmarks for years and are now have to remove them, homosexuals in some states are allowed to marry, and the list goes on.Liberalism has ruined our courts and judicial system and unfortunately its getting worse.Oh and not to mention the frivilous law suits against doctors which causes the hike in insurance for all of us,mcdonalds getting sued because some old bag didnt have the common sense not to put hot coffee between her legs,Burger King and Kentucky fried chicken have been victims of lawsuits because fat people dont know when to stop eating.I rest my case lol.

NO, we have too many lawyers that consider court on a won loss cases not on the principles of justice. Prosecutors that will fight to keep innocent people in, rather than admit a mistake, and too many criminals getting off on technicalities.
We have a law in Mo that allows the police to arrest on domestic abuse if there is any signs of injury without the spouse that is the victim having to press charges. Too many are afraid to do that even though they want the abusers removed. Our prosecutor refuses to charge them ( if the spouse won't go to court and testify) because she is tired of losing the case when it goes to court. So we arrest, they are released and they go home and do it again worse. Now the officers don't want to even make the arrest. They feel that it is not only a waste of time, but may put the victim in more danger

I've seen too many mishandled cases in this country to have complete confidence in our system. However I believe what we have in place is better than most countries have. If my life depended entirely on our system to prove me innocent of a crime that I knew I did not commit, I would be terrified of what the outcome might be.
Guilty people walk and innocent people get put away.

I am extremely pessimistic about the constitutional law system. After decisions like Roe v. Wade and Bush v. Gore (just to name a couple) I certainly don't respect the Supreme Court.

IT DEPENDS---.
ONE HAVE MUCH FAITH IF ONE WINS ITS CASES.

IT DEPENDS---
ONE HAS VERY LITTLE FAITH IF ONE LOOSES ITS CASES.

TRUTH IS THE BEST LIES,-- BOTH LAWYERS AND CLIENTS USUALLY WINS.
THAT IS IF THE JUDGE IS NOT ON THE TAKE.
MONEY TALKS AND POOR WALKS TO JAIL.

THE ABOVE IS THE ESSENTIAL (MO) OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM.--
ASK OJ, SIMPSON or MCHL , JACKSON, or THE MANY OTHERS WHOM PAYED THERE WAY TO FREEDOM.

Human device, human flaws. there replaced into never a reason to have faith in it. yet to paraphrase the late super Winston Churchill...it rather is the worst device, different than for all the different ones.

Having seen it in action, in both civil and criminal context, no I have no faith that it works. But I have not yet given up hope that it can be fixed.

No, because we have these judges that are so lenient on child molesters and pediaphiles that almost no time is served for child rape.
