You have to make sure that he's gone for his final test after the vasectomy and never assume he's clear of sperm unless the doctor says so. Sometimes the vasectomies don't work and sometimes they work for a certain amount of time then re-attach at a later date, however, this is rare.
So to answer your question.....No it won't keep you 100 percent pregnancy free but pretty darn close.

It is very rare for it to NOT work. how ever iti s extremely important that the man go and get his sperm checked to make sure there isn't anyone floating around in there because until they are all gone it won't be effective.

according to our doctor there were two types of vasectomies. one is where they just take a piece out and snip it and cauterize it the other is where they snip it and take a pize out and tie it back wards. one is supposed to be more effective than the other(don't ask me which). our doctor did both cauterizing and tieing backwards. Of course I believe if God really wants that baby here he can do anything:)

Yes, if the vasectomy was performed more than 6 months ago and he went for his 2nd visit to be sure it worked. However, it will not protect you from STDs. So use a condom.

there is allways possible, except he develop into fairly telling the reality about the vasectomy. I had a chum that cherished to lie and tell the girls that he had the operation. He stated the lie stronger his possibilities of having fortunate. you're taking possibilities at the same time with your existence once you do not use actual protection lately, or might want to I say, nights.

pretty much! it's really, really unlikely to become pregnant after your partner has this procedure done...

but i am sure you know that you wouldn't be safe from STDs.

It should - the ducts are cut, and sperm cannot be ejaculated. However, there's a period after the operation where he should not engage in sexual intercourse.
