online radio problem?

why when i listen to online radio it will be buffering after a short time while listening to it, its get very irritating..........can someone help? is it because of my computer settings? pls help

Your Internet connection may be inconsistent - like a cable modem.

The broadcast may have technical issues. There could be a lot of factors besides your settings.

its because your download speed cant keep up.
