i have a Kia too it is a great car. you can get a Haynes manual from any auto parts store for around $15.00 they are specific to the car you are working on.

Go to autoparts store and buy a Haynes or a Chilton manual. Pictures are included. Good luck.

un hook negative cable on battery and start undoing the altornator, all bolts will be metric as its foreign, hopefully it is not hidin underneath the the engine and components, reverse proccess for install, chilton manualls are prety cheap and good help

if you are not a trained mechanic i would suggest you take your car to one and let them replace your alternator
