Hi there, NTU certaintly has bookstores. It has 2 infact(one in it's south spine, and another at NIE).
I have included the link below for NTU's campus. Do feel free to check it out.
For details on how to get to NTU, u just need to get off at boon lay mrt station, and take bus number 179 to get to the campus.

All the tertiary institutions have bookstores. But the only one I'm familar with is the NUS bookstore. Take a bus or MRT to Clementi central and board the no. 96 bus at the bus interchange. It'll lead you to the Arts and Social Science faculty and NUS central library. The bookstore's near the atrium.
Actually you can just pop by any of the tertiary institution campuses and ask for directions. Every student will know the direction to their respective campus bookstores.
