Are you using Windows XP?

If so, when you open Add/Remove, there is a place on the sidebar that says Add/Remove Windows Components. Outlook Express should be in there.

why do you want to uninstall outlook express,they is a way but if you do micrsoft will replace all the files removed,after which you can never remove.
if you going to use another email software make this new software the default one and you'll not having to encounter outlook express
anymore.
there is a linux software that can be use to remove any microsoft program from your machine but i cant remember the name at thgis point.this program can be found on a linux cd

outlook is part of windows and it would not be wise to remove it it's not using any resources and you don't have to use it.outlook express is part of the office suite it gets intalled when you put office on the computer.
