they have a one year old and a four year old that they leave at home alone when they go places, they came to my house yesterday and said that there was noone to watch them. When the parents came back, they made some racial remarks and made them leave my property, then left them alone again without even taking their kids inside.
These people are racists, and I don't want to cause a fight that I cannot win, they have alot of people hanging out at their house who also use racial slurs to me, and I do confront them, but I don't want to get shot. What the h$## should I do?

the kids walk in my house without knocking, they fight my kids, they call racial names, they even emptied paint on my porch when I was painting.

There are child protection agencies to intervene in children's behalf for this kind of thing. The parents will not know who reported them unless the case goes to court. What do your other neighbors think of this? Talk to them and find out and if they agree with you maybe all of you could report the new neighbors. In any case these children may be in real danger and in need of adult help and you have a responsibility as a good citizen to help them.

Make an anonymous call to the police the next time the children are left alone. When you see the police leave for a couple of hours!!

Call social services asap. Those kids are in absolute danger. They should NEVER be left alone at those ages. Or in the street. OMG call asap.

Move to another city, drive back to that street and find the kids wandering outside, and give them some rat poison to eat, then call the cops on their a$$ after they find those rugrats dead outside.

Call child protective services. Someone needs to be thinking about those kids and protecting them.

first of all that is your first misstake you should of call the cops. see i am a mandated reporter and if it was me they would not be having their children right now. they are still babies and they really dont know how to care for themselves so you as a good neighbor should do the right thing and report them NOW BEFORE SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE CHILDREN

for the childrens sake call child services to investigate. that is totally wrong. you are doing the right thing by callin the police.

Just stay out of it. It is none of your business. It is best to stay out of it so you don't cause any tension and problems. Just play it safe and worry about your own life.

have you contacted the police if for no other reason but to get it on record in case something does happen
