I don't know of any plans, but I'll tell you what Granddad did when Grandma had her leg amputation. He took a sheet of 8' x 1" plywood and cut it to the width of the steps. Then he took 2 8' 1x4's to make sides for it, and another couple of 1x4's he cut the same length as the width of the ramp, and secured them to the bottom every 2 feet for support. He then used the skil saw at an angle to angle the ends to meet the ground and porch. Grandma used that ramp for 4 years, and we still have it today. She's been gone 3 years now though.
