It is perfectly safe to drink. The acetic acid in the cider causes the milk to curdle; if you collected the curd on a filter paper and compressed it, the resulting product is called cheese, which most people can eat without difficulty.

Safe? Yes. Those are milk curds. The cider is acidic, and that acid reacts with the milk protein and is clumping it like curded cheese.
But you do have strange drinking tastes.

The acid curdled the milk a little. Same thing would happen with OJ, grapefruit juice, pineapple, etc. It was completely safe, albeit nasty to drink. Do you eat yogurt? Somewhat similar. Not as nasty, though. :)

You curdled the milk. It turned sour. Vinegar or lemon juice will do the same thing. It is spoiled.
