Use a product called "On and On." (white gallon bottle, red print.) It is made for sealed concrete floors. You just mop it on w/ a barely-damp sponge mop and let it dry. 2-3 coats are a minimum, but let dry super-well in-between applications. Running a fan after each application (not during) will help.

I looked at some of the answer people have gave. You said this is a business you want to clean some say to use a wax, well are you sure you want to use something to make it shine if so it will be slick when wet. There will be people getting hurt sliding down most sidewalks are put down with a broom finish to keep people from sliding down. But if it get dirty try some acid made for concrete read the label on how to use and be careful.

Unless the concrete had a polished finished applied to it when it was installed it will never have one without some sort of wax put onto it.

Home Depot or Lowe's should have something. If they don't call a flooring installer (find them in the yellow pages) and ask them what they recommend

Make sure you have a waxable sealent applied before you begin. Lowes or Home Depot can point you in the right direction.
