Utopian? No idea

Dystopia, look at CNN and you would know.

I have no utopia. I know --with greater certainty and faith than you can possibly imagine -- that man is not perfectable through his institutions. You can't design an escape-proof prison and you can't design paradise.

Dystopian society -- classic socialism, or a theocrasy based on resentment (also known as communism) or a theocrasy based on superstition (what "W" and his followers lust after).
