Fear alone can force the politicians, bureaucrats and anyone else to stay away from corruption. Fear alone can bring discipline, order and accountability in public administartion. We have to invent a transparency mechanism so that all transactions are available for public scrutiny.

First thing, Indian public needs to get united. There are too many divisions in what you call the "indian public". The arjun singhs and mulayam yadav divide and rule in terms of castes and religion. As long as they succeed, corruption will continue to reign.

first of all the people who are really looking forward to eliminate corruption should form an organisation which would start a movement and make the people realise the fears of bribery through massive campigns acroos the country and pressurize the government to make changes to the constitution in order to stricten the law and give a severe penal action against the corrupt people these people should be denied of all civic rights and declared as enemies of the nation and put to prison for life without any trial and if not imprisonment then they should be dissmised of all offices and should not be given the fundamental
rights and denied of jobs and publically insulted.this should be the best way to trrorize these assholes and show them that its wrong to sell there mother for money. hail the revolution

by bringing some of the corrupted politicians on road with all possible avidences and beating them to death in front of the public.and then giving an ultimatum to the government and the police to stop corruption themselves otherwise the public itself is capable of doing it.tell them that the system is of the people,for the people and by the people.
