I tried going to Lexmark.com to do it that way but couldn't get it to download, i need another way to get it.

You may not need to look for one. If you "remove the device", re-boot, windows may find a suitable driver after you re- install it.

Go to the Lexmark website. Download it to your temp file and intsall from there. Also search for and look in your driver cache.
